Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or processed. If your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a full refund.
Unfortunately, if the item has already been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Items must be returned in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping, including returns.
No restocking fees will be applied to any return.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
